Hierarchy

Ad space is reserved upon receipt of payment. Due to processing time, we cannot guarantee the next space will be yours but you can always email us at advertising@findachiropractor.com to inquire if any ads are in the process of being published. Ad space is alloted in the directory in the following top-down order: Platinum Ads, Gold Ads, Silver Ads, and Banner. All other inline products will appear in alphabetical order, within the inline listings.

Size

All ads will be fit to the approximate ad sizes and formats offered. 

Content

Sample ads are provided to demonstrate content. Photos or Icons may be submitted for use in your ad. We may need to expand, shrink, crop, or alter images.

Publication

Upon ad approval, or after the 5-business days without reply, the ad will be published. Your ad will run for one year from the publication date; however, your PayPal renewal will be one year from the time of ad purchase. You will receive a PayPal renewal notice, near the end of each subscription period.

Changes

We offer one complimentary change of content per year. A $25 fee will be charged for any additional display ad changes or a $9.95 fee will be charged for any text product changes or simple changes, such as address, phone number, etc., to a display ad. Ad changes should be emailed to: admin@findachiropractor.com.

Responsibility

You will be fully responsible for your ad content, including truth in claims made, copyright, correctness, etc. You are obligated to inform us if a dispute arises regarding your content. It may be necessary to remove your ad, or the content in question, until the dispute is settled. There is no remuneration for the period of time your ad is removed; however, you may submit alternate content to replace the disputed content, free of charge. If the entire ad is removed, your ad space will be reserved for as long as your subscription period is active. It may be necessary to provide legal documentation before we can re-display your original ad. We reserve the right to refuse any ad. We reserve the right to cancel any subscription contract for any adm which has unwarranted or repeated content changes arising out of disputes. We reserve the right to monitor this site for appropriate and professional content. This site is not liable for any claims, fees, compensation, or other financial concern arising from disputed content and will be held harmless in any such claims.

Service Notice

As per documented in our terms and conditions page, we cannot be responsible for server down time. In the event there is a substantial amount of server down time, we may elect to change servers. If for any reason this site is discontinued, we will make every effort, within our control, to refund subscribers a prorated amount of the ad subscription price. We reserve the right to change the advertising policy and the terms and conditions at any time and without notice. Please view these aspects of this site periodically. By use of this site, you agree to the current advertising policy and to the terms and conditions, which can be accessed from the advertising page.
