All ads
placed must fit the ad sizes and formats offered.
No ad may be enlarged or reduced to make it unsuitable for the space
and
format offered; no differing price may be paid to accomplish the same.
When payment
is received, the next ad space available for your ad will be
reserved. Due to the time
it takes to submit ad content and post an ad, we cannot guarantee
that the next ad space that appears in the directory will be
your space. Other payments may have preceded yours.
Ad
space is alloted in the directory as follows: All Platinum ads appear
before all Gold ads, which appear before all Silver ads. All other
products, which include an Office Profile or a Website and Email Link,
appear in alphabetical order within the In-line listings.
Upon payment, your ad space will be reserved in the order
described above
and in the next available ad space based on seniority. In other words,
if you ad is the third Gold ad purchased in your city, your ad space
will be reserved as the third Gold ad.
Sample
ads have been provided to give ideas of possible ad content. Icons have
been provided to choose from if you do not have a photo or graphics of
your own. We may need to expand,
shrink, crop, or make mild alterations to photos or graphics to fit the
allotted space. We may need to expand, shrink, crop, make mild
alterations, change font sizes of text or make word substitutions to
fit the allotted spaces. You will have a chance to proof the ad copy
before it is published in the directory.
When
the ad layout is finished, a copy will be sent to you to proof. You
will receive this within the 30-day money back guarantee time period.
Then, email us with approval or attention to a change to be made. When
the ad is approved or the 30-day money back guarantee time period has
expired, whichever is sooner, the ad will be displayed. You will
receive an email when the ad first appears on the site. Your 1-year
contract will start on this date. You will receive an email
notification near the end of the contract for renewal options.
We
offer you one complimentary update per year for changes to your ad
content. If more than one change per year is required, a fee
of $25 will be charged for changes to the add or $9.95 for simple
changes to data such as address, phone number, etc. Ad changes
should be well described in an email to admin@findachiropractor.com.
Please place the words: "Ad Changes" in the Subject line.
You
will
be responsible for the content in your ad, i.e., truth in claims made,
Copyright permission obtained if necessary, etc. You have an obligation
to inform us if a dispute arises regarding your content. It may be
necessary to remove the ad or the content in question until the dispute
is settled. There is no remuneration for the time period your ad is
removed from the directory; however, you may submit
alternate content to replace the disputed content. If the entire ad is
removed, your ad placement space will be kept reserved only for as long
as your account is current. It may be necessary to
provide legal documentation so we may again display your original ad or
content. We reserve the right to refuse any ad. We reserve the right to
cancel a monthly or yearly ad contract for any ad that has unwarranted
or repeated content
changes arise out of disputes. We reserve the right to monitor this
site for appropriate, professional content.
This
site is not liable for any claims, fees, compensation or other
financial concern arising from disputed content and will be held
harmless. If for any reason this site cannot be maintained, we will
make every effort within our control to make a refund to the
participants for a prorated amount of the ad price. If the site is
discontinued on the 1st to the 15th day of a contract month, the month
will be calculated to receive a full month’s refund. If the
site
is discontinued on the 16th through the end of the month of a
contract month, the month is not refundable. Every full month within
the contract period will be calculated to receive a refund for the
full month. We reserve the right to change the advertising
policy and the terms and conditions at any time without
notice. Please
view these aspects of this site periodically. By use of, continued use
of, and/or advertising with this site, you agree to the current
