Our Chiropractic Directory will be phasing out support for the 800 x 600 screen resolution in favor of higher resolution monitors by 2010. This decision was made when lower resolution usage declined  below the 5% level. When this service was first started in 2005, the lower screen resolutions made up nearly half the number of users on the Internet. With the addition of wide screen monitors, a switch from CRT to LCD monitors, and the decreased cost of larger monitors for desktop and notebook computers, more and more people are now using screen resolutions 1024 x 768 and higher. Visitors using lower resolutions will merely be required to scroll horizontally a small amount to see view the site.
