To follow a link. move the mouse pointer to the
underlined link or one of the file tabs on top of the folder. Left
click with the mouse button to follow the link.
Clicking the logo in the top left corner will
return you to the Home Page.
There is a Home link on each page. To go back just
one page at a time, use the Back button in your browser.
City and State Menus:
Open the menu to select your state or city as
follows:
1) Place the mouse pointer on the arrow down
button to the right of the menu.
2) Left click to open the menu.
3) Press the first letter of the name you want to
find or place the mouse pointer on the scroll bar of the menu, hold the
left mouse button down, and drag the scroll bar to find the name in the
menu. The arrow up and down keys, Home, End, Page Up, and Page down
keys can also be used to move about the menu.
When you have the name of the state or city you
want highlighted, press Enter or just left click on it with the mouse.
The menu will close and the name you selected will be displayed.
With the state or city name displayed, do a left
mouse click on the Submit button to the right of the menu. The page for
your selection should appear.
Map Links: (Open in a new window)
A map link to a directory listing is set to open
in a new and partial window. Simply close the map window, when
finished, by left mouse clicking on the 'x' in the top left corner of
that window.
If you are having trouble getting a map link to
open, you may have to disable or adjust any pop-up blocker device that
is not compatible with this action. Consult your pop-up device read-me
file or manual for further instructions. (You may try to right mouse
click on the map link and select the 'Open in New Window' option. In
some cases, this may solve the problem without adjusting the pop-up
blocker.
A map window may be minimized or enlarged.
Important - If a map link is minimized, you will
need to restore it to see it again. Clicking again on the map link
while a map is minimized will prevent it from being displayed.

Links to off-site articles and web-pages will open
is a new window. Simply click on the top left 'x' in the new window to
close it when you a finished.
